Prices for hire range from £60-£150 for the summer season and £45-£90 for the winter time.
I can post hired hats to wherever you live by next day delivery, subject to the order being made before 12 noon. Postage is added to the hire charge. We offer a before 10am carriage option and are also able to deliver on weekends, surcharges apply.
If the hat is lost or damaged then the amount payable is the wholesale value of the hat plus an extra hire charge.
The hire fee is for one day/wear only. Hats seen or photographed on any other person will incur the hire fee again.
Once a hat has been taken/posted for hire it is considered a hire even if it has not been worn. There will be no refund.
Your hat may be fitted with hypoallergenic tape across the headlining. This protects the hat from make-up stains, please do not remove it.
The agreement states the value to replace the particular item if it is lost, stolen or damaged (including any dents, loss of decoration or water damage).
The value must be paid to What A Hat by the customer should this happen.
Hire duration is for five days, if the hat is not returned within this period, an additional hire charge may be made.
Cancellation of the hire of a hat must be made no less than one month before the event in order for a refund to be issued.
Care should be taken when wearing a hat/headpiece in the rain and should be kept under an umbrella at all times as all hats/headpieces are very vulnerable if subjected to rain.
